My Favorite Kind of Workout - Club Pilates
You all probably know via my Instagram that I am a big Pilates enthusiast. Ever since I joined Club Pilates back in June I've been hooked!
What I like about Pilates is that it's an intense workout all on a reformer. This means I'm getting all of my cardio and strength training at the same time from a machine. I hate running, I don't lift, and I can't make myself go to a gym all on my own. I need the accountability of a class and an Instructor, so Club Pilates is perfect for me.
I took a few of my blogger friends to a class recently and we had an amazing time. See below :)

If you're interested in trying a Pilates class, Club Pilates offers a demo class for free. It's just like attending a regular class, but it's a 30 minute workout versus 50 minutes. Oh and don't go alone; let me know when you want to go workout and I'll come join you. ;)
Club Pilates has multiple locations. So regardless of where you live, there is most likely one near you.
